. All changes must be made in writing to sales@amotelcreations.com 7 days in advance of the original date, if there is no availability for the alternative date the event will be cancelled.   A design change fee of 20% of the new total will apply to all changes

All cancellations must be made in writing to sales@amotelcreations.com  or txt via watsapp 5 days in advance of the original date,

if paid in full only 75% will be refunded to you.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice.

For all booking a 25% non-refundble deposit is required of the total cost to secure your booking.

The remain balance should be paid 7 days prior to the event date.

An refundable amount of £25 deposit required when renting items which will be returned to you once you return the rentals undamaged.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash and PayPal. Full Payment must be received before the dispatch of goods.

 

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the UK. All shipment is done via Royal Mail and other Courier.

Free Delivery in Wolverhmpton

Delivery charges foutside Wolverhampton starts from £6.50

 We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

 

Returns and Refunds

5You may return any defective products within 14 days of receipt for an exchange.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
